Please read the following terms and conditions for our Ready Set Dance Taster Class Event at Art Evolutions Dance School:

  • During "Taster classes", only ONE parent/guardian may attend and watch the class. No siblings.

  • Turn mobile phones off or silent during class and keep noise level to a minimum 

  • Do not interrupt the class or the teacher.

  • Respect the teachers, fellow students and their property.

  • Due to the age of the children in the class it is recommended that you appreciate it takes time for them to settle in to a routine and get used to class and teachers. We suggest it may take some a term or 2 to achieve this and persistence under the guidance of Art Evolutions staff can help with this aspect.

  • Students/parents cannot video or photograph classes, students or staff at any time in the hall unless given permission by the staff or individuals involved.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child during arrival and departure. Art Evolutions staff are only responsible for the children whilst in the hall and during their class.

  • Food cannot be brought into the dance hall.

  • Bring your own filled drink bottle to class.

  • Consumption of alcohol and smoking is prohibited within the hall and throughout the property.

  • When participating in any dance or fitness program, activities are physical and may involve the risk of accidents occurring. Art Evolutions Dance School and its teachers accept no legal responsibilities for any injuries.

  • Students, staff and parents must abide by our current Covid Safe Policy which can be viewed on our website.

  • Students, staff and parents must NOT attend Art Evolutions Dance School if they:

    • Have any symptoms of cold, flu or fever

    • Are required to self-isolate

    • Live in an area that is in "lockdown"

  • Art Evolutions Dance School and its staff will use all efforts to minimise the spread of COVID-19; however, Art Evolutions Dance School cannot guarantee that you/your child(ren) will not become exposed and if exposed, that you/your child will not be infected with COVID-19.

  • By booking this taster class, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you/your child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19, by attending Art Evolutions Dance School. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any exposure or infection that your child(ren) or yourself may experience of incur in connection with you or your child(ren)'s attendance at Art Evolutions Dance School and hereby release covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless, Art Evolutions Dance School or its staff.
